Experience
Carol has over 25 years of experience in public accounting and has worked with privately held companies and their owners in a variety of industries. Part of Carol’s focus is working as a team with her clients and their business advisors to develop integrated, cohesive plans for the most cost-effective approach to achieving the client’s short and long term goals. She also works with family groups, which may include multi-tiered and consolidated entities, as well as multiple generations. Carol’s specializations include comprehensive tax planning and compliance for individuals and their closely held entities, multi-state taxation issues, and succession and estate planning.
Education and Affiliations
Carol is a graduate of the University of Southern California with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Masters of Taxation from Golden Gate University. She currently serves on the Board of Directors of the South Bay Children’s Health Center and has sat on the board of several not-for-profit charitable organizations. Carol is also a volunteer member of Torrance Memorial Foundation Professional Advisory Council
